• Question: if you were not a scientist what would you be?

      Ooh nice one, I think I’d have probably gone down the route of something practical with people. It’s quite close but maybe medicine, or if you want something unrelated to science then I’d quite like the idea of starting up a cafe and being a baker!

      Actually that’s a point – science to me it a lot like baking, only instead of a cake, you hopefully get interesting results!

      haha Stefan and me are quite similar! I’d also love to run a coffee shop and bake cakes all day. Maybe one day! Great point too about science and baking being similar – when you do experiments it’s just like a recipe!

      Unrealated to this I always loved music and used to play lots of instruments at school. I really fancied being a musician in an orchestra….until I ripped a tendon practicing too much, haha! Maybe one day I’ll be able to grow myself a new one?!
