      Hi Megan. If you mean between people then so-called “droplet” infection is the best way – essentially “colds and sneezes spread diseases”. So you sneeze into your hand, touch a desk, someone else comes along touches the same spot, scratches their nose, touches their mouth/eye and bingo! infection transmitted.
