  Probably 3 small pieces of lego that a young boy had swallowed!!

  I remember seeing a picture in the news of a boy who had a spike in his head- it was very gruesome- but the doctors managed to remove it and he was fine as the spike went through the middle of his brain and missed all the important areas!
