• Question: What is the worst illness you can get from smoking?

      I guess lung cancer would be the worst, it’s very hard to treat and often quite aggressive.

      Lots of smokers also get more lung infections, asthma and their lungs change because of the smoking too.

      Lung cancer, without doubt. Once saw a 32 year old woman with 2 young children who had smoked for about 15 years. Normally lung cancer does not respond well to treatment and one of the key reasons why I stopped smoking was that I did NOT want to get it and waste my life. Horrible.
