This is fantastic question. Evolution is absolutely fundamental to understanding biology. In my school it was almost taught as an afterthought, when it is as central to biology as understanding the atom is to physics and chemistry. Once you start teaching it to primary school children they may begin to question what religious people tell them and go and enjoy the only life they are ever going to get!
