Question: Do you think that there is anything ethically wrong about tissue engineering ?

Hmmm not really too sure about this. I don’t think there is anything wrong with what I do, but I don’t do any work that directly affects humans or animals ( all my stuff is done in the labs- we’re not at that stage yet!)

I can see there being some ethical problems once tissues are made with human cells….you would need to get consent from people who would donate their own cells, or the patient themselves.

What do you think about it?
