• Question: does knowing about being healthy and stuff change the way you eat and make you more aware about the stuff you do

      I always try and watch what I eat and make sure I do exercise at least once a week. I think that knowing the effects obesity can have on your body and how the fat can stick to all your internal organs, it made me realise that I don’t want that to happen to me. Being overweight can increase your risk of getting other diseases such as high blood pressure, heart attacks, strokes and high cholesterol!

      Personally it does for me, but then again I know doctors who smoke whilst knowing it’s a really terrible thing to do. I think that in general you can justify anything to yourself if you want to, so you can change to be more healthy if you know about it, but it doesn’t always work like that.
