• Question: how do you messure fitness and health???

      I guess it depends what you’re interested in. For fitness you might measure what the maximum heart rate you can get up to whilst running/cycling really fast, or you might look at how much oxygen you use up when you’re doing it.

      Health really depends on what you want to know. In asthma we look at how easy it is to breathe by getting people to blow into a tube that records how fast the air coming out is going. From this we can also see how much air you can have in your lungs too!
