      Climate change can have devastating effects on our environment. It is responsible for extremes in temperatures in the desserts of Africa and the polar ice caps. As temperatures rise, so too do the levels of the oceans as the polar ice caps melt- this can cause flooding of small islands! Climate change can also affect wind and rain patterns which causes erosion or the break down of rocks!

      Yeah I’d imagine that melting of ice and increased water levels will probably cause more rivers that will eat away a track through parts of the land, like the grand canyon. Other than that Melissa is pretty spot on, the real worry about climate change is how it will change the plant and animal populations of the earth
