• Question: why do you get pins and needels???

      Hey, I think I tried to answer this in the chat but let’s try again. It’s when you don’t get enough blood to a part of your body, your nerves go to sleep because they’re not getting as much oxygen as they would like. When you then start to move again, suddenly they’re overloaded with so much information that they start to hurt!

      It’s all about having pressure squeezing the blood out of the place to begin with
